Please note that lace fabrics or trims sold by the yard are NON-RETURNABLE, while returns of non-custom appliques are accepted. In the event of an error on our part, we will be happy to offer you a refund or resend the item.

To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend that you request a sample before ordering a larger quantity. Please note that samples are only available for lace ordered by the metre, excluding appliques and exclusive beaded lace.

If we do not receive notification within 14 days of receiving your order, it will be deemed accepted by you. Please be assured that all orders (excluding samples) are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your package using the link provided to you.
