We carefully review every order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

Lace fabrics or trims that have been cut specifically for your order are non-returnable! We only accept returns of appliqués that were not made to order.

If there is something wrong with the item and it is our fault, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.

Your order will be considered accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please request a sample before ordering a larger quantity.

Samples can be cut from lace ordered by the meter - no samples from appliqués or exclusive beaded lace.

The lace and appliqués are shipped via Local Post Trackable Mail - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world)

All orders (except sample pieces) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it wasn't picked up, your order cannot be canceled.

Please note that if something is missing from your package after you receive it, we always require a photo of the original packaging and the packing list used to ship your order. This includes the weight, and only with this information can we verify if something is wrong and resend the item or issue a refund. If you cannot provide us with photos of the original packaging, we will be unable to issue a refund or resend the item.
