If there is something wrong with the item and it was our fault, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.
Your order will be considered accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please ask for a sample before ordering a larger quantity.
Samples can be cut from lace ordered by the meter - no samples from appliqués or exclusive beaded lace.
The lace and appliqués are shipped via local post trackable mail - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world)
All orders (except sample pieces) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it wasn't picked up, your order cannot be canceled.
