We carefully inspect each order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase! Please note that lace or trims that are custom cut for your order are non-returnable. We only accept returns on appliques that are not custom made.

If there is a problem with your item due to an error on our part, we will refund or resend it. Your order is considered accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt.

For larger orders, we recommend that you request a sample first. Samples can only be cut from lace sold by the meter, not from appliqués or exclusive pearl lace.

We ship via local post with trackable delivery (5-10 business days to Europe and UK, 8-15 business days to US and 17-25 business days worldwide). All orders include a tracking number. If a package is returned unclaimed, we cannot cancel the order and additional return and shipping fees will apply.

If something is missing from your package, please send us a photo of the original box and packing slip (including weight) so we can arrange a refund or reshipment. Without these photos, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
