We only accept returns of appliques that were not made to order. If there is something wrong with the item and it is our mistake, we will offer you a refund or exchange the item. Your order is considered accepted by you if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving the item. Please request a sample before ordering a large quantity. Samples can be cut from lace ordered by the meter - no samples of appliques or exclusive beaded lace. The lace and appliques are sent via Goods Post - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world). All orders (except samples) are sent with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it was not picked up, your order cannot be cancelled. Please note that if something is missing from your package after you receive it, we always require a photo of the original packaging and packing list used to ship your order. This also includes the weight and only based on this information can we check if there is anything wrong and reship it or issue you a refund. If you cannot provide us with photos of the original packaging, we will not be able to issue you a refund or reship the item.
