We carefully inspect every order to ensure your satisfaction! Please note that lace or trims cut specifically for your order are non-returnable. We only accept returns of non-custom appliqués.

If a problem arises with your item due to our error, we will refund the amount or resend it. Your order will be considered accepted if we do not receive a message from you within 14 days of receipt.

For larger orders, we recommend requesting a sample first. Samples can only be cut from lace fabric sold by the meter, not from appliqués or exclusive pearl lace.

We ship via local postal service with tracking (5–10 business days to Europe and the UK, 8–15 business days to the USA, and 17–25 business days worldwide). All orders include a tracking number. If a package is returned uncollected, we cannot cancel the order and additional shipping charges will apply.

If anything is missing from your package, please send a photo of the original packaging and packing list, including the weight, so we can issue a refund or resend it. Without these photos, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
