To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend that you request a sample before ordering a larger quantity. Please note that samples are only available for lace ordered by the metre, excluding appliques and exclusive beaded lace.

If we do not receive a notification within 14 days of receiving your order, it will be deemed accepted by you. Please be assured that all orders (excluding samples) are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your package using the link provided to you.
