We carefully inspect every order to ensure your satisfaction! Lace or trim cut specifically for your order is non-returnable. We only accept returns of appliqués that were not made to order. If there is a problem with the item and it was our mistake, we will offer a refund or resend the item. Your order is considered accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt. Please request samples before ordering large quantities. Lace and appliqués are shipped via Local Post Trackable Mail (7-10 working days to Europe and the UK, 10-15 working days to the USA, and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world). All orders (excluding sample pieces) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it is not collected, your order cannot be canceled. Please read our official terms and conditions on the Mailshop page – the English version follows the German.

Please note that if something is missing from your package after you receive it, we always require a photo of the original packaging and the packing list used to ship your order. This includes the weight, and only with this information can we verify if something is missing and resend it or issue a refund. If you cannot provide us with photos of the original packaging, we will be unable to issue a refund or resend the items.
