Lace fabrics or trims that are sold in bulk are NON-RETURNABLE! We only accept returns on appliqués that cannot be made to order.


If there is anything wrong with the item and it was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.


Your order will be deemed to have been accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt.


Please request a sample before ordering a large quantity.

The patterns can be cut from shoelaces ordered in several meters - no patterns from appliqués or exclusive pearl lace.


The laces and applications will be sent by standard mail - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days in the USA and 17-25 working days rest of the world)


All orders (expect the sample watches) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it is unclaimed, your order cannot be cancelled.
