Please note that lace fabrics or trims sold by the yard are NON-RETURNABLE, while returns of non-custom appliques are accepted. In the event of an error on our part, we will be happy to offer you a refund or resend the item.

To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend that you request a sample before ordering a larger quantity. Please note that samples are only available for laces ordered by the metre, excluding appliques and exclusive beaded laces.

If we do not receive a notification within 14 days of receiving your order, it will be deemed accepted by you. Please be assured that all orders (excluding samples) are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your package using the link provided to you.
