All orders (except for sample pieces) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it was not picked up, your order cannot be cancelled.

Please note if something is missing from your package after you receive it, we always require a photo of the original packaging and packing list used to ship your order. This also includes the weight and only based on this information can we check if something was missing and reship it or issue you a refund.
