Lace fabrics or trimmings that have been cut to order cannot be returned! We only accept returns of appliqués that have not been made to order.

If there is something wrong with the item and it is our mistake, we will offer you a refund or exchange the item.

Your order will be deemed accepted by you if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Please request a sample before ordering a larger quantity.
Samples can be cut from lace ordered by the meter - no samples of appliqués or exclusive beaded lace.

The lace and appliqués are shipped by registered mail - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world).

All orders (except for sample pieces) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it was not picked up, your order cannot be cancelled. Please read our official terms and conditions on the main shop page - you will find the English version after the German one. 

Please note that if something is missing from your package after you receive it, we always require a photo of the original packaging and packing list used to ship your order. This also includes the weight and only based on this information can we check if there is anything wrong and reship it or issue you a refund. If you cannot provide us with photos of the original packaging, we will not be able to issue you a refund or reship the item.
