Lace fabrics or trims that are part of the neckline of your order are non-returnable! We only accept returns on appliqués that cannot be made to order.
If there is anything wrong with the item and it was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.
Your order will be deemed accepted if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt.
Please ask for samples before ordering large quantities.
The patterns can be cut from shoelaces ordered in several meters - no patterns from appliqués or exclusive pearl lace.
The laces and applications will be sent by standard mail - (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to the USA and 17-25 working days rest of the world)
All orders (expect the sample watches) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on etsy. If your package is returned because it is unclaimed, your order cannot be cancelled.
