If there is something wrong with the item and it was our mistake, we will offer you a refund or resend the item.

Your order will be deemed accepted by you if we do not hear from you within 14 days of receipt.

Please request a sample before ordering large quantities.

Samples can be cut from lace ordered by the meter – no samples of appliqué or exclusive beaded lace.

The lace and appliques are shipped via trackable local postal service – (7-10 working days to Europe and UK, 10-15 working days to USA and 17-25 working days to the rest of the world)

All orders (except for sample swatches) are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your order by following the link on Etsy. If your package is returned because it was not picked up, your order cannot be cancelled.

Please note: If something is missing from your package upon receipt, we always require a photo of the original packaging and the delivery note used to ship your order. This includes the weight and only based on this information can we check if something is missing and resend the goods to you or provide a refund. If you cannot provide us with photos of the original packaging, we will not be able to refund you or resend the items.
